If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of the original order date. When returning items, please be sure to obtain a Merchandise Refund/Exchange number, by calling 1-800-985-2EYE, or click here to contact us. You must have an RMA for all returns.
If the product is defective, please include original packaging, warranty information, and instructions with the returned merchandise.
If the item returned or exchanged is not defective, there will be a 20 percent restocking charge. If you are returning prescription lenses, they are not refundable. (See below for more details.)

Order Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an order, you may cancel the order at no cost, within 24 hours of its placement. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours, you will incur a 20 percent restocking fee.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at 1-800-985-2EYE within three days of receiving the product. To process the transaction, you’ll need the order ID number located on the invoice. If you have not contacted us within three days, the damaged product may have to be handled by the manufacturer directly. Please allow five to seven business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) to process the claim.
Non-Defective Product Returns
If you would like to return a non-defective item for credit only, you may do so within 30 days of the ship date. A 20 percent restocking fee will apply. The product cannot be returned or exchanged after the 30-day period. Please allow up to seven days for a credit to appear on your bank statement.
If you return new or unused products (i.e., no wear on the item, tags, or case) for credit, please be sure the product is returned in its original packaging, complete with warranty cards, instructions, and demo lenses, if any.

Return Policy for Contact Lenses
Unopened lens boxes or vials may be returned within 30 days of order placement, for a 20 percent restocking fee. The fee will not apply to lens exchanges. Opened boxes or vials cannot be returned.
