Due to color displays on various monitors frame colors displayed may not be accurate. Please confirm the manufacture color model number/name prior to placing an order to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for any color inaccuracy of frames displayed. We do guarantee that frame orders will be accurately filled with the correct model and color number/name as ordered and is indicated by the manufacture.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of the original order date. All frames being returned must be in original condition - New along with all original materials. When returning frames please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you must have an RMA for all returns. Returns are subject to restocking fees.
If the item returned or exchanged is not defective, there will be a 20% restocking charge. If you are returning prescription lenses, they are not refundable. Any shipping charges incurred are not refundable.
Lenses and Coatings Warranty
Lenses purchased with an antireflective (AR) coat are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase against AR breakdown or scratches due to normal wear. Lenses purchased with a scratched coating only are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase against scratches due to normal wear. Eyewear Select reserves the right to inspect lenses to make a final determination if lens coating breakdown was due to normal wear. Shipping costs are not covered under this warranty.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at 1-800-985-2EYE within three days of receiving the product. To process the transaction, you’ll need the order ID number located on the invoice. If you have not contacted us within three days, the damaged product may have to be handled by the manufacturer directly. Please allow five to seven business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) to process the claim.
Order Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an order, you may cancel the order at no cost, within 24 hours of its placement. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours, you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Defective Product Returns
If you would like to return a non-defective item for credit only, you may do so within 30 days of the ship date. A 20% restocking fee will apply. The product cannot be returned or exchanged after the 30-day period. Please allow up to seven days for a credit to appear on your bank statement.
If you return new or unused products (i.e., no wear on the item, tags, or case) for credit, please be sure the product is returned in its original packaging, complete with warranty cards, instructions, and demo lenses, if any.

We recommend shipping products via USPS with shipment tracking. (Shipments that require a signature will delay your order.) Please ship via USPS as FedEx and UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box.

Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Orders shipped by priority service (Priority Shipping) average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars.
Account policy
EyewearSelect.com reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at www.EyewearSelect.com without a notice if user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 60 days.
