Please note that we only service frames that were puchased from Eyewear Select. If you did not purchase frames from Eyewear Select please do not call us as we can be of no assistance as we conly provided repair services for our customers. Thank you.
Prescription frames are warranted against manufacturer’s defects (i.e., hinges, colorings, welding points, and structural design) for one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer’s defects do not include frame damage caused by misuse by vehicles, pets, or the like; damage by stepping or sitting on a frame, or scratching and tarnish.
Our lenses come with a scratch-resistant coating, at no extra charge. However, should the lens surface suffer abnormal wear and tear, we will provide a one-time replacement service within one year of the purchase date in which Eyewear Select will replace the lens for 50 percent of the original cost of the lens, plus shipping.
Note: There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses.
Sometimes it is more convenient and cost effective to deal directly with the manufacturer for repairs and warranty defects. Please review the list below for direct manufacturer contacts.

Prescription lenses are non-refundable. However, if you decide to exchange a frame that we have already made a prescription for, you will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost. Also, 50 percent of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lens order.
We are proud of the products we offer at Eyewear Select and take great care in inspecting each item. Although we thoroughly inspect all of our products for accuracy, occasionally an error may occur. If for any reason your prescription is inaccurate, we will promptly remake the lens at no charge to you.
Putting New Lenses Into Your Own Frame
We are happy to put new lenses into your existing frames. Just mail us the frame, along with a copy of the lens prescription. The only cost to you will be the cost of the lenses, plus a return shipping charge. As careful as we are, we are not responsible for damage to the customer's frame.
